• Starting  as a management trainee with the Times of India,he moved up the ladder as the Senior VP-Network Advertisement Sales at ZEE Entertainment Network.This is followed by  8 years of solid practical  hands-on experience of establishing  his own successful recruitment consultancy,ASPIRATION.
